First line of defence

Not only useful in giving an early warning of attack, external intruder alarms are equally useful during build phase. Temporary wireless systems can be used to protect a premises when vulnerable to squatters, vandalism and theft during development.

PERIMETER PROTECTION

Premier External Detection Systems use photobeam and microwave sensors, as well as buried cable to create an invisible fence around your premises. The established reliability of this technology combats adverse weather and poorenvironmental conditions and reduces the likelihood of false alarms. The moment the intrusion is detected the alarm is raised and signalled instantly by radio or telephone to sitemonitoring services or wherever you wish, using our Switch2 technology.

SCAFFOLDING & SITE SECURITY

The erection of scaffolding inevitably leads to additional fears of vandalism and theft. In addition to Premier Site Protection Services including CCTV and perimeter fencing, we also install dedicated scaffold alarms connected directly to the structure and remotely monitored. Premier’s roundtheclock response ensures total security for tools, construction equipment and attractive materials such as expensive copper wire cabling.

Does Premier Alarms offer maintenance agreements for External Intruder Alarms?

Yes, the Premier maintenance agreement includes one or two routine maintenance visits per annum at regular intervals in which we will fully service the systems in place. This will include testing all the detection devices, the back-up batteries, as well as the live bells. Effectively we put the system into a state of alarm to ensure should it be required in a genuine activation, everything is functional.

Also included in the annual maintenance is the 24/7 support from our team of engineers. You will be given free telephone support and if you require an engineer out to the property then we guarantee to have the engineer on site within 4 hours of you logging the call. You also receive a 50% discount on the associated labour rates; i.e. labour for our contracted customers is heavily subsidised. Any parts that require replacing will be charged accordingly but are discounted as a result of the maintenance agreements, and of course as mentioned the labour taken to replace parts will also be at the subsidised rate.
