What fire safety systems do you offer?
Premier offer a range of fire prevention and detection systems and our experienced team will conduct a survey of your home to assess which option is best for you. The most popular option is to have smoke detectors integrated onto an intruder alarm; mitigating against multiple risks through one system and maximising the return on your investment. These detection devices can be hard wired, however our wireless smoke detectors mean fire detection in your home can be improved with minimal disruption to the property. If you already have an intruder alarm system, smoke detectors can be added on easily with minimal disruption.
Is it important to have my fire detection system serviced regularly?
Yes, regular servicing of your smoke detectors will help to ensure everything is in working order should the system be required. Smoke alarm testing is included in our maintenance package and our engineers will check every device when carrying out routine preventative maintenance.
Does Premier Alarms offer maintenance agreements for Fire and Life safety systems?
Yes, the Premier maintenance agreement includes one or two routine maintenance visits per annum at regular intervals in which we will fully service the systems in place. This will include testing all the detection devices, the back-up batteries, as well as the live bells. Effectively we put the system into a state of alarm to ensure should it be required in a genuine activation, everything is functional.
Also included in the annual maintenance is the 24/7 support from our team of engineers. You will be given free telephone support and if you require an engineer out to the property then we guarantee to have the engineer on site within 4 hours of you logging the call. You also receive a 50% discount on the associated labour rates. Any parts that require replacing will be charged accordingly but are discounted as a result of the maintenance agreements, and of course as mentioned the labour taken to replace parts will also be at the subsidised rate.
